Agnes Scott College welcomes applications from homeschooled students and evaluates them through a holistic admission process. Homeschool applicants must submit the Common Application (including a parent-completed Secondary School Report and official homeschool transcript), our institution-specific Homeschool Supplement, and two non-family recommendations. While we adopt a test-optional policy, applicants may choose to submit SAT/ACT scores through the Common Application. A Midyear Report is requested when available, and optional interviews allow students to contextualize their educational journey. Please note our admission committee may request additional information, such as updated grades or an interview, to complete the application review.

1. An application for admission, via the Common Application, which includes:

1. Secondary School Report (Filled out by parent or homeschool administrator)

2. Official Homeschool Transcript

3. Optional: SAT or ACT scores. Test scores are optional, and you may make the choice about whether or not you would like them to be considered. If you choose to do so, you can self-report your test scores by attaching your score report to the Common Application.

2. Our Homeschool Supplement

3. Optional: Complete a virtual or in-person interview with your admission counselor. These interviews can be helpful if you would like to give context to parts of your application, discuss your interests and goals further or learn more about the college and admission process.

4. Two miscellaneous references

5. Midyear Report (when available)

Following receipt of your application, our Office of Admission may request additional information, such as an interview or recent grades, if necessary to make an admission decision.
