Homeschool applicants: Homeschool applicants must submit a GED plus ACT 24 or SAT 1090 — the test-optional policy does not extend to homeschooled students.
Brigham Young University–Hawaii does not require transcripts for coursework completed through homeschooling itself. Homeschooled and alternatively schooled applicants must submit a GED credential and ACT (minimum 24) or SAT (minimum 1090) scores; applications are reviewed individually by committee. Official transcripts are still required for any outside high-school or college courses taken.
